"Our shower leaked to the point where the bathroom flooded, took 2 days to repair. Had to wait for over an hour to get new towels due to having to use them to clean up bathroom floor. Floors are dirty, I swear they only use Swifter and the same sheet for entire room. While we were compensated for our troubles, the time it took to resolve should have been much shorter. Location is good."

"Great place to stay. Rooms have great views and very comfortable beds. The location is best for eating, shopping, entertainment. The hot tin roof restaurant have great food and a beautiful view of ocean & sunset island. Cuban coffee is within walking distance. The pool has the best sunset views with the best pina colada. This is the place you don’t want to leave & can’t wait to return to."

"It was a very nice stay my only complaint was when we paid extra for a balcony it was the back entrance where deliveries and workers were. I don’t think I room like that should be extra. They did offer to change my room the next day but I didn’t want to pack up. I just don’t feel they should make it an extra. Thank you. "

"We had a wonderful stay at the Hampton Inn Key West! The room was spacious and perfect for our family, with plenty of room for our 3-year-old to move around comfortably. Everything was spotless, and the cleanliness of the facilities really stood out. The breakfast was a highlight—delicious and with plenty of variety to satisfy everyone. The hotel’s location near the airport is super convenient, but the noise is barely noticeable, making it easy to relax. The shuttle service was a fantastic...
